Ilona Campbell is a Realtor® with The Grubb Company, specializing in fine homes across Oakland and Berkeley, with particular focus on the Oakland Hills, Rockridge, Piedmont, and the broader East Bay.

Before real estate, Ilona built a retail business from the ground up, managed her own investment portfolio, and ran large-scale logistics for the Burning Man Project. Born in Ukraine and raised in San Francisco, she brings that operational experience and financial fluency to every transaction, staying calm under pressure and giving clients a clear picture of what they're deciding and why.

Buying or selling a home comes with real financial and emotional stakes, and Ilona guides clients through the process with steady, calm confidence, from the first conversation through closing, so they always know where things stand and what's next.

She's active in the community as a Crocker Highlands Elementary PTA member and the founder of a local food rescue program, and has a strong interest in East Bay architectural and neighborhood history, which she writes about on social media.
